Oooh, where to begin? How did it begin? Well, my inception isn’t important, let’s just focus on what I’ve been doing to justify it instead.
Technology
Let’s skip the toddler, kid and teen years – they were ugly except for one thing which was my fascination with electronics and technology. I used to pour over electronics magazines, had a breadboard, built circuits, and had a healthy curiosity of how things worked. I say healthy, I did burn myself with a soldering iron quite a lot.
Youth Work
I’ve been involved in the voluntary youth sector for over twenty years in various roles ranging from charing a county youth forum and being a sessional youth worker to manager and regional development officer.
